Coaches Meeting Schedule for the 2008/2009 JFLL Season!

What can you expect at coaches meetings? Before the season starts, coaches meetings are a place to come to learn about what is JFLL and how do you go about getting it started at your school. As the season begins, the coaches meetings are a great place to come to get matched up with Junior Mentors for your teams. Once the season is well under way, the coaches meetings are a place to talk to experienced coaches, trade stories about what works and what doesn't for your team, learn cool techniques for LEGO building you can bring back to your next team meeting, etc.

Meeting Minutes from Last Meeting on November 6th

This was our third meeting of the season. We had a mixture of new folks and experienced coaches so conversation ranged from how to get JFLL started to "what's new" for this season.

We reviewed how to start a team. For more information check the team logistics section of our site. We also showed the JFLL Flyer (download here) which can be used to advertise JFLL at your school or organization.

Finally, we reminded everyone that Stamford Robotics will do our best to match up Junior Mentors with your teams. All you need to do is tell us what day of the week, location and hours your team is planning to meet and we'll do our best to find a mentor to work with your team!
